6. Adjustment of Output Voltage
The output voltage of the module can be adjusted using the onboard multi-turn potentiometer. Turning the potentiometer clockwise increases the output voltage, while turning it counterclockwise decreases it. Ensure to measure the output voltage with a multimeter while adjusting.
7. Thermal Considerations
The XL6009 module can generate heat during operation, especially under high load conditions. Adequate ventilation or additional heat sinks may be necessary to prevent thermal shutdown. The module is equipped with thermal shutdown protection, which will activate if the temperature exceeds a safe operating limit.
